What can I do?
You may register your name again and request the Webmaster to
delete the old record. When contacting the web master, specify
which email address and user name are to be deleted. Provide as
much information as possible.

No. It is by design. There is a session timeout to save system
resources. Chances are your session is timed out. All you do is
exit the browser and start again..
