You may register your name again and request the Webmaster to delete the old record. When contacting the web master, specify which email address and user name are to be deleted. Provide as much information as possible.
2 I lost my password. What do I do?
You may use the request password feature. The system will send you a password automatically.

Recent versions of Netscape and IE browsers are fully supported. Our test results for previous versions of Internet explorer (4.1 and above) have yielded satisfactory results. Older version of Netscape (4.7 and above) showed minor issues. We recommend upgrading your browser and operating system with most current fixes and patches.

To safeguard your privacy and information security, we need to authenticate your email. Since the email address is the same as your login id, we reset your password and send a new password to the new email. Please login with the new password.

The chances are that the user id (email address) you are using might be already in the system. Please request for a password and login to update the information.

No. It is by design. There is a session timeout to save system resources. Chances are your session is timed out. All you do is exit the browser and start again..
