Alek Davis is a senior application developer at Intel Corporation who has been focusing on Microsoft technologies since 1996. His interests include enterprise software, information security, identity and access management, application deployment, and user experience (UX). Alek has a Master's Degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento. Alek published a number of articles in academic journals and technical magazines, including MSDN Magazine, Dr. Dobb's Journal and others. Outside of the world of technology, Alek is trying to keep sanity while taking care of three preschoolers.

In this session, we’ll get an overview of the new features in the Visual Studio 2013 client(s) and Team Foundation Server 2013. We’ll assume that you are familiar with the Updates to 2012 as well as VS2012, however, will do a very quick tour. The focus on the features is from a tooling perspective. For e.g. productivity, quality, collaboration and traceability.
Jason Singh has over 25 years’ experience in the software industry. He has worked as a Software Developer shipping products worldwide from Altera, Informix, Sybase and Microsoft. He now focuses on showing the value of Visual Studio to his customers. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, aquariums, reading and spending time with his wife and sons Samuel and Oliver.
